Is there a location that I have to Authorize a user to use a port. I am
still getting a message that the users is not authorized to log into this
port. I only get this on users that I add to the Emerald system. Users
that Auth. through the unix password file using RADIUSNT are not a problem

Go into RadiusNT Admin and uncheck Server Port Access. While testing
RadiusNT 2.5.100 yesterday, I accidentally used "-r97" in the command line
instead of "-R97" and it took me forever before I realized that I didn't
capitalize the R. The lowercase "-r97" was bringing about the same
RadiusNT response that you're getting, but I think it was only happening
when using "radlogin" on my side...
