When a Client connects to our service either on a quarterly or yearly basis,
we combine the monthly time allowance under a quarterly basis. For example:
under a quarterly plan of 20 hours, we do not charge each month for additional
hours. We combine the 3 month time period as 60 Hours per quarter. How do I
set up Emerald to charge time on a quarterly basis?
