We have Radius 2.2.41, when we reboot the SQL server radius opens before
the sql server is ready for requests and pop's up a message saying the 45
day Trial period is up and refuses to load. When we are running in text
mode while doing database maint. it balks at the Emerald key.
We need a REAL KEY for radius so wee don't have this popping up.
