Radius Services Problem

We installed Emerald and RadiusNT. The problem is Radius will run fine in
DOS sessions but when we start it as a service, Dr. Watson takes over and
monopolizes the CPU. We have to reboot to kill DRW. Running ODBC mode
only and connecting to the Radius DSN that points to the Emerald DB.
Checked the server log file and everything looks fine. I have reviewed all
of the FAQ's about this problem and have tried their suggestions, but with
no success.
Still unable to run correctly.
Any suggestions. Thank you!
