Ascend MAX - NULL Username

We are running RadiusNT 2.2 with a MAX 4048. We have observed many
entries in the "Calls" table of the Access database have the username
"NULL" and no AcctAuthentic value.

Does anyone have an explanation for this and possibly a way to suppress
these entries from appearing?
