Here's what we use for all users:

tempuser Password = "0132"
User-Service = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.254,
Framed-MTU = 2400,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP

Is there any special settings in the PM3 we need to set up?
