Access by NAS Identifier

We have a couple of Livingston Portmasters and two Ascend Max 4060
along with radiusNT 2.2 we would like to limit the Portmaster users
from dialing into the Ascend Max's.
I tried to specify the NAS Identifier for the service type in the
radius configuration, it doesn't make any difference and if I check
the server port access in radius admin every one is denied access.

Is there a way to limit those users by NAS Identifier
or by NAS port DNIS.
