Hi there,

we had the same days ago. the reason was our update to a new max 2012 with
a 12 56KFLEX modem board. We get this situation (14.400 baud modem and user
gets only 1200) with some verry old modem types. The only thing we did:
recommend the customer to buy a new modem (our custmer did!).

Please post me a message when you find a sulution.
