One thing we did with our Total Control Chassis was to have 3 Phone Numbers
on our PRI lines to do the following:
Line 1 = 9600-33.6k
Line 2 = 9600-33.6k-56k
Line 3 = 9600-33.6k-56k-ISDN

We can actually Pre initialize each modem before a call can come in on the
span. This allows us to make sure that the specific line # will only allow
the call to come in properly. If your Max allow preinit before pickup, you
should use this instead.
