I doubt it. If I understand the situation, the RadiusNT is on the
other side of the link as the MAX itself? Whenever the link goes
down, an Accounting Record is created and needs to be sent to
RadiusNT (which causes it to dial again). You'd have to put the
RadiusNT server on the same side as the MAX to prevent this from
happening.
