Networks can't have two clients with the same IP. Both broadcasts cause a
conflict and depending on the OS they use, causes either a client IP
shutdown or the first client to gain the IP becomes the owner and the
second, third, fourth and so on clients get a shutdown.

(Not a machine shutdown, just an IP shutdown)
