Play dumb. Its a "RADIUS" server. Don't tell them anymore than that.

What does RadiusNT show in -x15 mode when you try to start it up?
What does it show in that mode for authentication requests?

Send us the above and after we've verified that it all looks good, you
can go back to them. Also, make sure you test radlogin and that it
can succesfully authenticate the users. That will verify that RadiusNT
is fully operational.
