RadiusNT and memory

Starting at 10:35am, RadiusNT starting growing in size and now it is at 6mb
in memory. Every hit to it pushes the CPU to 99%.

Version is 1.16.49 and if someone says I have to upgrade to fix it, I'll be
kinda upset! This has never happened before...not counting the cost
