Thank you very much to those who helped me solve this problem. The cause
turned out to be ELIJAH.UPLINK.COM.PH being a CNAME only.

As far as I can see elijah... is a cname, but I think the authoritive
nameserver which is registered with InterNIC should not be a cname it must
be a real host name.
