This is what I get when looking for caleb.uplink.com.ph

host -v -t any caleb.uplink.com.ph.
Similar to the previous command but the "-v" makes the result Verbose.

rcode =3D 0 (Success), ancount=3D1
The following answer is not authoritative:
caleb.uplink.com.ph 83498 IN A 208.142.150.10
For authoritative answers, see:
UPLINK.com.PH 75304 IN NS mozcom1.mozcom.com
UPLINK.com.PH 75304 IN NS dns-backup.mozcom.com
Additional information:
mozcom1.mozcom.com 164045 IN A 202.47.132.1
dns-backup.mozcom.com 164045 IN A 202.167.33.1

You see authoritative for uplink.com.ph is mozcom1.mozcom.com and not you=
r
server. So I believe that you are not registered with internic.
