Most PCS cellular companies have a TAPS number you can call to
deliver messages. I've used the one by AT&T quite a bit. AT&T
recently added thier own email to message gateway, which is much
faster and easier to use (and I imagine cheaper, since their 800
number isn't getting called so much).
