Talking about bind 'compliance', it's important to notice that MS DNS
supports a registry entry named 'BindSecondaries', which needs to be
set if you intend to do zone transfers with Bind Servers. I am using
MS DNS with several BIND primaries or secondaries without problem
since February, 97.
