Yes, it is possible. I'm doing it.

You just have to configure the other port to accept dial-in and the other to
dial-out. Do this in Control Panel/Network/Services/RRAS/ .

Double-click on the appropriate Com port / Modem and check the right Port
usage check box.

Sorry for re-entering the question:
(1) Is MS RRAS still downloadable and what is the URL ?
Also:
(2) I've worked only with Cisco's for dial-up access. Now I have to use RAS.
Is it possible/feasible to use the two COM's: one for dialing-out the ISP,
and another for being dialed-in ?
