HI

Any help on this topic would be useful.

We have 6 Livingston PM2e-30's authing with RadiusNT from IEA.

We have "<bigger>Idle-Timeout = 1200"</bigger> or 20 minutes.

When dial-in customers DL files from the Internet (ftp or http) they do
not time out.

When they DL large mail attachments that take 21+ minutes they "idle time
out".

Is this a funtion of the mail server (iPSwitch iMail 4.03) NOT maintaing
two way communication, or is this normal?

Is there a way to keep these people from timing out on their mail
sessions?

Thanks

JOhn :}
