Absolutely, although I have seen more PS problems lately due to incorrect
regulation (hi or low voltage). Swap it out and see.

As inexpensive as cases are, its easy to keep a spare around in most any
circumstances for the event of a PS failure. I'd hate to have a system down
for long over a $35 case!
