Below is the message I recieved from USR about the new code, when they sent
it. Like I said before, I uninstalled it immediately, and went back to
4.00.14. Are your FTP download speeds using the 4.00.14 speed very fast? No
matter what the connect speed, I rarely see sustained speeds above 3k/sec.

Dear Customer:

You may want to try the attached emergency release (ER) code for the DNS
problem.
