Try APC's MasterSwitch. (http://www.apcc.com/english/prods/acsry/mster/) It
has 8 seperately switched outlets and it can be managed by SNMP or via a
web interface. Depending on your monitoring software, you could send out an
SNMP command to power off, then power on a device.
