NT workstation 4.0 supports multiple monitors. You need to use two
*identical* video cards though.

We are also a reseller of PC's and I recently had one of our suppliers check
out a config I was quoting on. It was an Asus PentiumII motherboard and two
Matrox Millenium II video cards running NT WS. Worked Great. I believe you
could also use two basic Cirrus Logic or S3 cards if you want a cheap
solution.

Another config we have used under Windows95 is an Appian Jeronimo dual head
video card. This card has two video ports on one card and comes with all the
s/w to run under win95. It is a more expensive config but only requires one
slot.

This kind of config is used a lot for the Microstation cad package. If you
want a bit more info on the dual monitor issue, check out the Microstation
news group.
