FP extensions problem

We installed this morning the FP extensions on our Web Server and now when
the user tries to upload his web he gets the following error message:

"The web server does not appear to have any authentication method enabled,
the server has asked for user authentication but did not send a www
authentication header"

Does anybody knows how to correct this problem?
