Has anyone had to set up the MIME-type for Vivo video files in their
webserver? We have a customer who is goofing around with them and the
videos play properly from within MSIE 3.x and 4.x, but Netscape 3.x and 4.x
won't play them--it just displays a puzzle piece where the video image
would normally display. We've looked at http://www.vivo.com and setup the
mime-type in MS IIS 4.0 as well as in Apache 1.2.5 on a Solaris system, but
again, only MSIE plays them (from either server). The MIME-types that are
set up are:
.viv video/vnd.vivo
.vivo video/vnd.vivo

Anyone have any ideas?
