Can't find my Win95 machine from NT server 4

Hi.

I'm running NT server 4 w/ SP3 using a 3Com Etherlink 3C900 PCI NIC.

My problem is that everytime I look at the Network Neighborhood in NT, I
only see the NT server.

There's supposed to be a Windows 95 machine there.

When I try it from the Windows 95 machine, eveything is alright. I can even
access the shared drives and folders of the NT machine via the Network
Neighborhood.

What could be wrong with my NT server ? Or is it the Win95 machine that's
misconfigured ?

The NT server is running the Browser service and runs TCP/IP, NetBEUI, and
IPX/SPX.

Hope somebody could help me.

Btw, my Win95 machine has a TX chipset motherboard and a 3COM 3C509B NIC.
It's connected to the NT server via a coax cable.
