I am using NT's DNS server and I know I have the reverse DNS (inarpa) setup
correctly as it does work. The only itch I have is the fact that
Microsoft's 128-Bit encryption download doesn't work because Microsoft
can't confirm that my DNS in the United States. I have tried it from many
computers, all with reverse pointer records on my DNS and even ones
without. What could be the problem?

Does your upstream provider provide reverse lookup for your subnet(s)? Our
does. They get their records from our DNS, but it's entirely possible that
if this is the same situation with you, your upstream provider's records
haven't been updated yet and that would be causing the problems. We ran
into this same problem with MS quite a while back.
