When CD-Rs dropped in price to below $1.50 I chunked all the info I had
collected.. I contacted several CD makers and prices ranged from .71 - .91.
You should have no trouble finding someone to make them for that,
especially since CD-Rs are so low price now.
If I run accross the info I will post it again...
