Re: IIS4 upgrade over IIS3?

That's great that you don't like MS IIS 4.0 on an NT 4.0 Server, but I've
never had one hitch with IIS and the "fresh" install of IIS is listed in
the documentation very clearly that you shouldn't upgrade an existing
installation (same as was listed in the IIS 3.0 from 2.0 documentation).
If your perl scripts aren't working, make sure they don't use any "shared"
systems, and if they do then you will need to edit the security on your
machine. As far as I know, perl doesn't run as a system service (unless
you are using an OpenNT setup), so it has very little rights to begin with.
