Keep another thing in mind: As more people sign up, your available
bandwidth will probably decrease. Check your agreement and see if it has
anything like a committed data rate.

You need to determine if you're on a switched port. If not, everyone on
your hub will (potentially) know your every move. Even if your packets
are encrypted, the headers are not, so they will know what sites you
visit, when you send mail, etc.
