NT to Radius

As i anxiously await for the Arrival of Santa Claus to deliver our new
Portmaster 3, I was wondering, what would be the easiest way to port my
users from Windows NT 4.0's User Manager to Radius which I will be using
for authentication with the Portmaster?

Is there a way to make this painless? I will have about two weeks of
playing with the PM3 between actual delivery and live implementation. This
is because I will be waiting for my PRI to be installed.

I am not familiar with Radius. Is there a big learning curve? Just
curious. Is there a version of Radius that I could begin playing with?
Actually, once I get the PM3, I plan to put it on the network and configure
it so it will be ready when the PRI circuit is turned up.

Any reponses to these questions are highly appreciated.
