How to replace schannel.dll

Can anyone help me replace this file in the winnt\system32 directory? I
think I am having a problem with mine and want to replace it with the
version from the NT4.0 CD. I have stopped the FTP and WWW services, but
when I try to copy the file, it still says that the current schannel.dll is
in use and can not be over-written. How can I find out what
programs/services are using the dll so I can stop them and copy the file
over? Of course this is on a NTFS partition so booting to a DOS disk isn't
an option.
