IIS4 and midi

We've installed IIS4 (not without a fresh install of NT4, wouldn't install
completely over IIS3) and have the entry for the midi mime type in for the
server, but no midi played on netscape. I used .mid for the extension and
audio/midi for the type. Any one know how to get this to work with IIS4 and
netscape?
