Which registry keys of NT4 define timeouts for various internet connection
attempts? For instance:
1. the timeout after which the ftp client reports its inability to connect
to a given server,
2. the timeout after which the SMTP delivery agent decides not to wait any
longer now, but try again later,
etc.
Neither ftp nor smtp setup parameters seem to include such timeouts.
