What is the difference between the extend and the limit in the billing
section of a MBR? It is my understanding that one is a permanent 'grace
period', the other is a one time shot? Is this correct? Also, we are
running 2.1 and when we enter information into Limit and Extend (14 days),
it will be gone the next month. Is this problem addressed in the 2.2 beta?
