1. In aliases on the sub-accounts. I added an alias, but clicking on the
delete button does not remove it. How can I get rid of it?
2. I have tried every release since .40 and found that they simply did not
run. If there are new tables, then I did not see them listed. I did read
all 4 of the txt files included with the b3 release, but didn't see any
additional tables, etc. Problems like: Can't clear calls from the calls
table. Can't pay invoices.
3. All versions after 2.1, Clicking on the Radlog button gives "SQL Error"
with no further info.
4. All versions after 2.1, In Invoices, double-clicking on an invoice, the
type is blank. In 2.1, all of the types are listed. (I almost certain
that this is a missing field.. but which one?)
