Our mailserver is a T-1 away from the SQL server. When that link goes down
and
someone receives a mail message, the mailsite marks the SQL server as down
and
will *bounce* all mail from users until mailsite is restarted. This is a
very
poor response from mailsite, as it should *refuse* connections and not just
bounce them...
Anyway, is anyone else out there experiencing this? We could move the mail
server to the same net as the SQL server, but would rather not for political
reasons.
