We and others are having major problems with CR6.0. I don't know how =
Dale has not seen any of these messages and is stating there are no =
problems. I have seen at least two references to the same problem in =
this list.
At this point in time we are running a client with CR 5.0 to run =
reports. We are yet to find a reason why CR6.0 does not work. Just in =
case the other emails have slipped by the support people, here are the =
symptons:
Once CR6.0 was loaded (upgraded from 5.0) the print preview screen that =
usually appears prior to printing just flashes up quickly and then =
closes. No print jobs are generated. Using CR6.0 outside of Emerald =
works fine. We are using Emerald 2.1.11
