Change your SQL settings and put a value in for the size of tempdb in
RAM and reboot.
This will move your tempdb into RAM and then it may be easier to fix the
disk version of
tempdb.

This is my first impression after thinking for .00002 seconds and could
be wrong
but it's worth a quick try.
