Unable To Access Accounts

Hi Guys,

We are running Emerald in demo mode but now we are unable to access any
of the Accounts. From the Emerald administrator, the Service Types tab
contains nothing even though there are service types defined in the
database. When we log on using the user 'sa' in the Emerald Client, the
Accounts tab is also empty. Why is this happening??
