Has anyone using Max400x had a problem with Emerald reporting a framed
address of 0.0.0.0
One of my maxes will report a framed address of 0.0.0.0 in the calls
table. However, going into the max you can see the actual IP address
that the person has using the 'sh users' command. The Online tab in
Emerald will show them as 0.0.0.0 not all of the users just some. I
can confirm this with a query in the calls table showing me all the
framed addresses that had 0.0.0.0
Any ideas or has anyone experienced this? It may be a problem with
that version of the max code.

If I remember correctly, eventhough the start record displayed 0.0.0.0, the
stop record would display the correct address.
In addition to the above info, there was an OS version a while back (maybe
a few versions?) that displayed 0.0.0.0 for people who were authenticated
using PAP (not sure about CHAP) as opposed to a script of some kind, but I
haven't seen that problem in quite a while, so I guess one of the patches
fixed it a while ago.
