Is there a limit to the time that will elapse before a record is cleared
from the Calls Online grid in the Emerald client? The reason why I am
asking is because we were doing some testing and had a connection up.
The Calls Online grid was showuing the record and then suddenly it
disappeared from the grid. The connection was still up but the record
was gone. What could have caused this to happen??
