BTW...

I had Radius in -X15.. I put it back as a service and the "Resending PAP
Auth-Ack" seems to have gone away...

Also.. on a issue a week or so back when Radius was crashing.. I think I
have isolated that to a port on a PM2E that was spewing a stream of garbage
out... Since that box has been out of service and I have turned off
currency control Radius has not hickupped...
