Rumor has it that a new Emerald is now available? I am writting to find
out
if it would be possible to GET the long promised, and yet very elusive
software.
If you recall our past problems. You consolidated our call records manually
for us, after we tried reaching you for help.. several times..
Anyways, we are still having problems. I would like to know if
re-installing Emerald, SQL, and WinNT fresh on a new machine could improve
our situation. Also, I would like to if it would be possible to import our
old database into the new, but I am leary of doing that because I am scared
the old database will take it's problematic history with it over to the
fresh install...
