The export all should NOT be used in most cases. It tells Emerald to
export new accounts, even if they are expired. It doesn't make a lot
of sense to send an account to a unix system with an expiration date
of last week, since the account won't work anyways.
The two unix entries both specify files. Emerald writes the same
thing to BOTH files. The second is designed to be a "LOG" that
the extend program doesn't touch, so you can go back and find out
what went wrong or happened if a problem arises.
