clearing a call online

Equipment: Ascend MAX, 5.0Ap33, tk.m40, Emerald 2.1.11, Radius 2.2.41

Is clearing a call online supposed to clear the call in the NAS? I would
think it should, yet it does not clear the call in our NAS, just from the
view. Is this a configuration problem?
