Transferring partail DB from old SQL to new SQL Box!

I need some help... We are in the process of switching to a new SQL server
machine and
like an idiot, I forgot to tell one of our locations to stop entering
people into the old system..
I have 200 records sitting in the old server that I would like tranfer
over to the new one.
Question is: How can I re-transfer the old DB to the new DB without
"hurting" the new
data that has been entered? I am SQL clueless so detailed instructions
would be nice.
