RadiusNT 2.2.40 crash, Dr Watson

Greetings...

I just tried running the new RadiusNT. It runs if it's attaching to an
Emerald database... but crashes with a Dr. Watson if it's running in
standalone text mode.

I repeated the above on 3 different machines.
