Rad. 2.2 and case sensitive/insensitive logins/passwords

In previous versions of RadiusNT, logins could be made if the login that
the user typed in, did not match the case of the login that was recorded
into the SQL/Emerald database (though passwords WERE case sensitive). It
looks like this has changed a bit with RadiusNT 2.2. Right now, I don't
have the "Case sensitive" item checked in RadAdmin and people can login
with their logins AND passwords being any case.
If I check this, will only passwords be case-sensitive or logins also?
