Hi Tom,

last monday I stumbled into the same problem and already reported it
(including workaround ;)) to IEA support:

Solution: disable the setting 'case-insensitive passwords' for now.

Either disable it in Radadmin, or if you prefer regedt32 like me:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/IEA/RadiusNT: IgnoreCase:REG_SZ:0

This will do the job until they fixed it. Sorry, I should have sent a CC
to the list.
